Step 1: Contact Milano Restaurants International and inquire about the franchisee folder.
Step 2: Complete the background information and financial profile enclosed in the folder.
Step 3: If candidate meets the preliminary qualifications, a uniform franchise offering circular (UFOC) and franchise agreement are sent to the candidate from review.

Step 4: After 10 days, a meeting will be scheduled to give the candidate an opportunity to ask questions and learn about the resources offered to the franchisees.
Step 5: If approved, the candidate signs the franchise agreement and personal guarantee.
Step 6: The new franchisee will provide a copy of the lease or purchase agreement for the site under review.

Step 7: If site is approved, MRI will provide prototype plans and drawings for the interior and a specification list for all required equipment. The franchisee will submit to MRI copies of all permits, licenses, and certification for the build-out of the site prior to the start date.
Step 8: The franchisee and/or manager will attend the management training program & provide the final certification of occupancy.
